JB,

I know where a Lake Placid Blue, rosewood/block marker Decade is just waiting to be snatched up - It's been in the shop since at least last October. A killer playing and sounding bass to be sure! I'd be glad to be of help if you're interested. Here's a photo link -

I bought my Skyline JO from Jong at JiveSound; cool guy and lots of high end basses and gear. He's only open on Friday and Saturday for a few hours each day or by appointment only. He had the best price that I came across and also quoted me a killer price on a new USA Glaub with a Jazz taper neck. Just say the word and I'll help any way possible.

Couldn't you see a nice tort guard on that bass?...well, that'd be my preference anyway  One call to Jeannie's and it's done! Roger supplies Lakland and has them in stock.

I love the Decade! Anyone inquired about the price of the one at Jive?

The rubberized top on those pickups must come in handy when they get wet, will probably keep you from slipping and falling.

It may take until either today or Saturday for Jong to get back with the quote. The shop is his personal guilty pleasure and the hours are reeeeeally funky - a total of 7 hours on Friday and Saturday.

Nope, as expected, it's way out of my league right now. $2800.

Gonna have to wait for the Skylines.
