And I'm at Dave's! Thanks again to the Koelling family for making me feel like one of their own. I really can't say enough to express my gratitude to John for being a great friend and host. And now to play some doublenecks!

I seem to remember a couple of guys who looked pretty bad in the morning at SoCal..both with black tongues. It was just scary!

Black tongue = red wine drinker

Wow, what a great time. I've had a blast in the PA/NJ/NY area, hanging with the usual crew of idiots :) Went to NYC today, did some guitar shopping, had my first knish at Maxie's, and saw Les Paul play with his jazz combo at Iridium. What a show he puts on!

Yesterday we saw Ringing Rocks Park in PA which was totally underwhelming!!! :) Just kidding, it was kinda neat. Went to the murder barn and bought a vintage Sears solid state amp for $30 and it is loud as a muthaaa!!! Found an old Japanese Roland Limiter pedal too. I went on a solo sojourn to the Buckingham gravity hill and saw the Mount Gilead African Methodist Episcopal Church, an important part of the history of the Underground Railroad in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. I even met the nice British couple that lives nearby and heard some more local legend.

MARF was such an overload I can't possibly remember all the recollections without pictures!!! It was nice to finally represent Florida properly with a few Ricks of me own. It was great to hang with some familiar faces and some new ones too! The after party was totally awesome too, big thanks to Chris for letting me play a few J Dog songs and screw up my own lyrics!!!!! Chris' band is off the chain, by the way!

Tuesday morning I take off for Maryland to meet an old college friend, then off to the Garners' house for the night.
