ok the top one was a single released from the bands 3rd LP.1979 was the year.......

I thought the first one sounded like wire, but they sounded way different than that by 79.
I thought it could be the Buzzcocks, but there are too many chords or maybe the Jam, but both those bands were on their fourth by 79.
It's not anything off London Calling, I'm positive of that.
