Sorry for posting this so close to the confluence, but things have been kind of hectic and upside down as of late. We will have a drawing once again for two Memory Books like we did last year.

To be in the drawing, you must submit photos of yourself with a Rickenbacker instrument. Photos that show you with your Rick collection or performing with a Rick are best. No exceptions, they have to be actual pictures. NO BUSINESS CARDS like one forumite who posted about 4 times before the confluence, then we never heard from again, did last year.

How it will work is, you submit your photos and you will get a raffle ticket for the drawing that will probably be done Saturday evening. The photos get arranged into the book, then the people who submitted pictures sign there name by their picture in the book. It becomes a very nice souvenir of the confluence and you can add to it if you go to other confluences.

If this catches some people too late to bring pictures, I'm sure we can work something out that Saturday as we did last year. Richard Bengston was a great help with that. I had also printed a few pics before the confluence last year to help a few people.

You should bring 3 copies of the picture. If you submitted pictures last year, you'll only need two copies. I hope everyone who comes will participate. I know the winners of last years' Memory Books, love them.

:D :D :D :D :D :D I still cannot believe that I won the memory book. I have to thank Joey and Diane for making sure everyone had the opportunity to be in the memory book if they wanted to.Since Steve did not bring his collection I had my picture taken in front of Joey's basses... very appropriate choice I think. I could not get that smile off my face all night. What a great day!

Another great door prize was a white Cafe Press RickResource Bass t-shirt that Aitch brought with him. It has the signatures of Darren & Robyn Trott, Aitch, Ron V, & Greg. oooooOOOOOOooooo how I wish I would have won that!! It's really cool. Erik won it, congrats, Erik!
