Brian,

Yeah, the glasses. I learned at the last get together that sometimes seeing the music on those music stands can be a challenge.

For the songs I know well it's no big deal, but as you know, a lot of the songs you're playing for the first time, so it's nice to be able to see where the changes are coming up.

...............and I like the way they look too :D

Paul: I'll be wearing those shades everywhere at least until the eye doc says the eye is 100%

Kenny: We missed ya!

Kira and CJ: I wish you guys were close by as well.

Collin, I hope your mother is doing well. Geez, we missed Scott Jehlik also!

The pizza from Dino's tasted even better than last time.

We had more drummers than bassists this time, and singing drummers at that.

Details and pics to follow soon...
Looks like fun, guys. I hope to make the next one.

Singing drummers? Dang, send some my way! I need singing everythings!

OK gang, you can now hold your heads in shame  that you have unduly influenced an impresssionable young man, (Logan, who is just graduating this week from Junior High) with seeing all those dozens of Rickenbackers on display and all the fun we were having ..... :D  and letting him jam on several numbers with us.....

I received the following e-mail from our drummer friend Robert this morning:

Richard,

Thank you so much for those awesome pictures they came out real good! And thanks again for that invite to jam with you fine folks! We had a blast! Logan has put a bug in my ear to get him a Rickenbacker. YIKES!!! I told him to get a job. HAHAHA!

Thanks again!

Gary, I think it's in the moving box marked "fragile".

Seriously though, I remember pretty much coiling all the cables and computer stuff up and putting them in two boxes during the move...after I disassembled that crazy computer desk. I could have sworn that thing was alive, because it seemed like it was fighting back while I was taking it apart.

Actually, it was with the camera even after the move, and it managed to get separated ... until now!  I just started poking around at the desk and lo-and-behold the cable was under some disks on a shelf! :D :!:

It's nearly midnight, so I don't know how far I'll get on the posting tonight ... we'll see!

In case I have not mentioned this already, I would like to add a thank you to everyone who helped me lug my gear to the car at the end of the confluence.
