I just tried out the new Markbass "build your own" MoMark amp site. Check it out:

I built a 500W analog, tube preamp, 4 band EQ, VLE/VLF unit. I like the modular concept. Not sure what the cost will be yet though.

Note that if you go through the process of building a MoMark, and give contact info, they'll send you a free Markbass t-shirt. I got an email saying I'd be getting one already. Limited quantities I think.
