Kris: It sounds a lot like the Guess Who to me.

Chad Allan and the Expressions. It's amazing how much Chad Allan sounded like Burton Cummings on this record.

You both have it right. Chad Allen and the Reflection's fifth single, released in 1965. Quality Records credited the single as 'Guess Who?' Credited as 'Guess Who?/Chad Allen and the Expressions' on the album.

Yes, it was a ploy by the record company to try and make people think that this was a new band, an English band! After this big hit, the band had no choice but to actually start using the name.
