Hey Jimmy !
Is there any update ? Any new family member in your RIC family ? :)
Actually yes! I found a 360/12 Fireglo about a month ago. Love it! But i am still keen in a v64 / c63, but a 6-string instead.

I've previously owned, then sold, a V64/12 and C63/12 (both fireglo). I sold a 1996 model year V64 to help pay for a new, 2009 model year C63. My favorite by far was the V64. I like the pointier horns on the V64. The V64 was lighter in weight, had a beautifully ambered fireglo finish, and was easier to play...the strings seemed stiffer on the C63.

Since selling these two 12 strings, I picked up a beautiful 1998 6-string V64, and it's become one of my favorite guitars. Who knows, I may someday buy another 360/12 V64. I would venture to say that the V64's are one of the best RIC guitars ever produced!

Very nice, Scotty :D

I also believe the 360/12V64 was one of the best guitars Ric ever made. Especially if you're a junkie for double-bound (Paul A!) and can't stand the round-top 360. It's as close as we Rose-Morris freaks could ever get to the 1993/12 and is simply an accurate reissue of an iconic guitar.

So here is a question why does youre beautiful 360 12 v 64 have a bound soundhole? To my knoledge all 360 V 64s 12 or 6 did not come with a bound sound hole I must say It really looks beautiful. So how did that come about? I have a Mapleglow 360 V 64 6 and the soundhole is not bound. So if the guitar was prouduced that way you have a rare one.

I agree completely! :D It's a Scott Baillie custom job. Looks much better IMO! Every surface with an edge should be bound.  Yes I know it's not "authentic 60s", but so what, it's an improvement-it accents/shows off the slash(no giggles, Scott!)/"cat's eye" sound hole to great effect!!!! :D

Yes paul I agree I wish rick would have prouduced the 360 v 64s with the bound sound hole as you can see they look great. But I guess they had to try and get that 1960s comparision of the specks close. By the way youre Blue boy came out beautiful.

2 years down the road... Still looking (a bit passively maybe) for a 6-string 360 with pointed horns.
