Then I guess it's either try and do it in June or July or wait till later in the Fall?

Kira --- as a suggestion, maybe find out what Saturdays in June and July the Marin Studio has its biggest room (fully equipped with PA, amps, drums) available to give BARC for the Noon to 8PM slot. Once those potential dates are known, take a straw poll and see what works for the most people. If no concensus for one of those dates -- then BARC shifts to the Fall. Just a thought ....

Well, I have to know when the real date is first, but if it's at the end of July, I'll already be finished with my summer school course because we're having some m,oot court debate instead of a final. Have I mentioned how much I hate being a formal student again?!

Late to this game, but if the date is right, and weather permits, I would like to host a brunch or lunch get-together at my house in Marin, pre-Jam, I would imagine.
