Oh yeah, I forgot about that. Oops. I usually just handle some of the cat herding, order the pizza, and the on stage "strangling the cat" vocalizing. In the Confluence tradition, maybe we need to start keeping a head count too, on who will be displaying instruments, so we can figure out tables needed and amount of display space, quantum of guitar stands, etc. when finalizing the SCARF/JakeJam venue.
