Yes, I'm glad the seller's terminology is now crystal clear:
"Near Mint" equals
"vintage character play wear" equals
"some signs of cosmetic wear" equals
"no serious divets (sic) or wear spots "
and "the highest degree of excellence"

Maybe he means it's location is near the U.S. Mint... but I don't remember one being in WV...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...
