MR. MOTO!
Original "Belairs" Paul Johnson (guitar) and Jimmy Roberts (piano) joined by former Mouseketeer Dickie Dodd who replaced original drummer Richard Delvy when he left to form "The Challengers", Jim Frias (sax), and one of my favorites; Matt Quilter of The Surftones, Reventlos, and others (guitar). Filmed at a benefit for Belairs co-founder and later founder of Eddie and the Showmen, Eddie Bertrand.
Matt channelled Eddie perfectly (Eddie was there to hear it!). It was great to hear "Mr. Moto" as it was originally recorded-with no bass, and with piano and sax. Enjoy!
