Hi Jim, congrats on the 4000. You scared me for a second with the thread title. I thought you were promoting some kind of new religious television show. You know, the ones where they have big hair, cry a lot, and always ask for folks to send money....
It would be great to see you in SoCal this Summer. You're welcome to come over and record all of the 12 string parts to TTT for me. Once again, congratulations. Tom

Congrats,on your 4000th. When i saw the topic,i thought this was going to be like talkbass,i.e.,a club for model 4000 owners....oops.

<thread drift.....maybe>The trick to playing TTT is to find just the right tempo. I tend to start it too fast, and then when the guitar solo comes, I can't keep up. I think the Byrds and the Byrds Collective both play it somewhere around 130-135 beats per minute. </thread drift>
Anyway, yeah I really want to shake hands, say hello, and especially trade licks with all the Rickenbacker Packers out there on the Left Coast.
