Great Byrds' sound

Post by kvalois »

Hi, everyone:

I'd like to point out a great new video on You Tube that features a fantastic 12-string Rickenbacker. The singer-guitarist is named Al and he's super talented. He recorded it on a beautiful Pro Tools system that he owns. I guarantee you from the very intro (with a classic Rickenbacker riff), you will be taken back to 1965. It's played on a Roger McGuinn Limited Edition 12-string and the notes are from heaven!!!! The song is Pete Seeger's "Sailing Down My Golden River."

Hi, all:

For what it's worth, the Rickenbacker is a 12-string, but NOT a Limited Edition. But, Roger did sign the pick guard. :D
