Canada Post
Ok.....
I bought a 1990 325V59 from a guy in California March 24th. He shipped it the 29th......I can live with that delay.....it arrived in Mississauga April 4th. Canada Posts' website says it is in Customs. Does it really take this long? I called yesterday and got nowhere of course with 3 different answers. The guy I bought it from says he really can't do anything about it!!!!!!
Before I lose my mind has anyone ever waited this long for something to clear before or am I just too impatient?!?!?!?!
Just thought I would rant early in the morning here and get it out of my system so I can get on with my day!!!!!
LOL

They're probably sitting there at Customs playing your guitar.

Re: Canada Post
I've had merchandise sit in customs for anywhere up to two weeks--never ordered a guitar mind you. The seller has no control over this process, and probably couldn't get the guitar back now, even if he tried. Also, be prepared to pay sales tax and a brokerage fee when you pick it up.

Re: Canada Post
Yea I am not worried about the money on top.........just the waiting is the hardest part.....hmmmm I hear a song there.......
Re: Canada Post
I recently had an issue where something I bought overseas was being mailed to me; after well over a month it turned out the Post Office had the box sitting there and never delivered it or sent me a notice to pick it up. Just by chance I called the USPS and they said a notice had been sent a couple weeks earlier for me to pickup up the item. The USPS NEVER sent me anything! If it were not for a suggestion from the seller to contact the post office it probably would have been sent back or dumped.

CBSA have been going through a bit of restructuring http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/media/facts- ... 4-eng.html
You may be the victim of that process Jeff.
