I feel fine.

I define youth in terms of how young you feel, and (this is vital!) how much appreciation life allows you to muster for the present moment.

By definition, this type of appreciation requires a broad perspective in order to relate past and present, on as many levels, and to as much detail, as can be mustered.

Many of us have heard (and used) the old, grizzled phrase that "youth is wasted on the young". That's tantamount to saying that one's best days are long past. Not hard to understand in these dim times.

For me, however, the slope continues upward and the challenge is in keeping the challenge properly paced.
