Thanks for the update!johnhall wrote:The order for special brown guitars was only entered a few weeks ago and it won't even come up for consideration to be scheduled until next year. It seems a bit premature for them to be listing this. It is a done deal but well over the horizon still.
There seems to be plenty of other things happening to keep us entertained until then.

So, was this 'Pearl Red' just a one of the new Ruby reds spotted early, or is it really a 'one off' special colour? it looks very similar in this picture.godber wrote:There are Werner, just not those ones...Wildberry wrote:Aww, man... I thought there'd finally be pictures!

Re: Here they are
There's a picture on the official (???) Rickenbacker FB page of a bass in Walnutburst.
Well, Graham of GtrGtr better make me a very special deal, as I'm broke - the moving is costing way more than planned

It does if you're signed into FB, Ben. We want more pictures, of course; can't you put it outside and take a picture in natural daylight?

Having a FB account would definitely help ... No worries, we will post more and better photos in better lighting. I just snapped that with my phone before I left yesterday as it is the last of the 4003 Walnuts for the UK and will be packed up and shipped next week.

Huh... I don't have a facebook account (well, I did, but I quit quite a while ago), and I can see it just fine. Maybe my account is still there?
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...
