Last time I saw this band was at San Marino High School..at an assembly..a pretty ritzy school...we snuck in for the show..my buddies started to yell for them to play the instro tune "Acid" which they did

Neat stuff, G! The Seeds cranked out some pretty cool sounds...

I saw them on a flatbed in a strip mall parking lot very early on ('65? '66?). They had the longest hair I had ever seen on guys. Sky played a silver metal flake Fender bass. The week before they were scheduled to play, but were rained out. They did however play a few numbers on the store front walkway, then just chatted with every one. I, in my pre-teen amazement, managed to ask Daryl how long it took him to grow his hair to that length. He said a year. An eternity in my eyes!
