Post by Medicus1963 »

Hi folks,

I just got my Beaver Radio Kobs replicas today. But I have some other knobs too.
Which ones do you like most ! Give me your Opinions !

Thanks

Peter, I like all of them. Seriously. Just two more Rickenbackers and your collection will be complete then.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

+1.
The knobs in the 3rd picture would probably be the best if they weren't silver...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

By the way, have you seen the grain of the wood in the upper part of the guitar ?
looks a little bit like Johns !

Duly noted and each of the photos speaks to a different era for John with his 325. Very nicely done.

Gotta give it to the Hofner teacups. There's just something about the cream knobs and the natural wood that just compliment each other.

I'm a sucker for oven knobs. I like them so much that I put them on my Brian May guitar.

Having said that - I reckon the Hofner knobs look best on your Rick.

Yeah Scotty,
It is just a matter of taste isnt it?

I have the original oven knobs as a spare, so if anybody needs them ?

What Ken said.
There is no reason to ever be bored.

...why yes, I suppose I do have a double bound guitar fetish...
