The CE2 is awesome. What's the serial # of yours, J? Mine is 163000, born March of 1982. Black label, MIJ.

I used to have a CE1, it was the bee's knee's while it lasted. I'd like to get another one someday.

Sorry, but it takes me a total of one minute to snap a pic with my phone and upload to the RRF fb page. Posting here is a huge PITA in comparison. Just sign up with a fake name like half the people on there, lol.

I have 3 CE-2's, all Taiwanese. I'd like to get a real Japanese one but the T's sound so good I can't be bothered to drop the extra coin to find out HOW much better they are for myself. I am often tempted to start searching for a decent CE-1, but I always tell myself I might as well get a JC-120 and get a free amp with it!

Let me try this...

ok, imbedding the fb image didn't work. I'll leave the link there anyways.

After a long search and several MIT CE-2's, I got mine off craigslist for $75. You can sometimes find them underpriced.

I only sold my CE-1 in order to finance my '83 330. I'd love to get an old JC120 someday, but the CE1 has such a cool enclosure.

If you ever want to sell the PSM-5, let me know! :)

Thanks CJ!

This morning I removed the Auto Wah, moved the Dual Overdrive one spot to the left, and inserted a Harmonist. I currently have most of my favorite pedals with Modest Mike getting modded. Eventually this will probably be NS-2, CS-3, SD-2, CE-2, PH-1r, EH-2. Wish I had another spot for the LM-2. I guess I'll just set it to the side by the DL4. I'll likely relegate the JangleBox to studio use and the CS-3 to live use. The Phase 90 is definitely out of the mix altogether for now. I'll still use the Small Stone for recording though, especially with the Rhodes.

Jake,

I have found a wah pedal that trumps the Original CryBaby: the CryBaby 535Q. It has the classic CryBaby sound with much greater flexibility: a five way tone switch and three other adjustment parameters that make this the most versatile wah pedal available. It's only about $130, although I got mine for $100. You might check out the 535Q at one of your local music stores. 8)

I have a 535Q. It's pretty good, but it can pop loudly when activating it or changing the Q tone setting. The boost switch is a neat addition, although I don't use it. I'll post a pic when I can.

2000$ worth of pedals, yet such a messy board.
