The CD is recent (I want to say October 2011 for some reason) studio re-recordings of favourite hits and album tracks.

That's about all I know - I don't even have a tracklist.

Yes this CD is only sold at their live shows supposedly recorded at Spencer James own studio

Yes Rob but I think it wasn't really like they would have recorded in a studio in the golden years
