Cave Passive pedal Tour, Running order "Help"

And here it is... However I need to get everyone who wants to have a shot of this pedal to post which Country and state they are in so I can get a running order for this tour.. I thinking it will go Canada, USA, Europe.
At the end of the tour We'll have some sort of contest to see who gets to keep the pedal

You may want to have people send you the city too since like Australia, a lot of the states/provinces in North America are larger than many European countries...
