Thanks all. There is indeed a story to this guitar. However, I am on my iPhone and out of town. Will post about it soon. Expect some closeup pics of it tomorrow night. :-)

Well, it has been a long day, but one I will remember....frankly I never thought I'd get to hold one of these in my hands, much less one exactly like this. For the moment it is firmly stowed in the vault at Schloss Leftybass, and I will begin cleaning it properly and setting it up soon.

Yes, it is this cool. More than you can imagine.
