Reportedly, the 72-year old singer is in the hole for $10-million USD. The IRS wants $7-million off her in outstanding fines and penalties accumulated since 1991 while the State of California is chasing her for $3-million. However, she doesn’t appear to heading for skid row just yet with a declared monthly income of $21,000.
