RIP Andy Johns

So sorry to hear about this. He was way too young to leave us, but his work will live on.

The music world lost legendary producer and engineer Andy Johns this weekend. He engineered almost every single Led Zeppelin album, Joni Mitchell, The Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton and produced Van Halen, Joe Satriani, Humble Pie, Autograph, Cinderella and Free. The list of artists he's worked with is long but his friends and family will miss the man that he was.

and they had done a good article about him in Vintage Guitar magazine a year or so ago ....
