Out of the blue my buddy got handed two nights of shows to plan at a cool old theater. There is a 100 seat theater & a rooftop patio in the middle of downtown San Diego. Music in two places for two nights, whatever we want to do. Only problem is, I don't currently have a band. Nor he. I've just been working with a sub par loop pedal for songs. Same buddy is a music professor & is writing me a program in Pure Data that will allow me to sample, & overdub whatever I can throw at it using my cheap version of ableton live. Next program I want him to make is a live mixer & signal router. Add a couple stereo effects & run it through a clean PA & we have liftoff. More details on the show & what we're doing as we finalize them.
