Amber colour

Hi all,

When a guitar turns an amber colour over time, is it mostly the finish yellowing or the wood ageing?
Rick-en-back-er. It's just so fun to say, let alone play.

It’s mostly the finish yellowing over time. That explains why certain finish types amber over time and others do not.
