I guess I don't remember how to post videos. I used the youtube link, but no dice.

Just put the part after the equals in the brackets.

When I click on the "youtube" link, I do not get an "=" sign.

If you click the link up in the address bar of your browser, it looks like this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CaPlKTFnXz4
and you can use the portion after the equals.

If you click the share button, you get this link:
https://youtu.be/CaPlKTFnXz4
and the part after the last slash is what you want.

The two unique identifiers are the same: CaPlKTFnXz4
So that's what you type here, select, and click the "youtube" button.
I'll demonstrate below, but I'll change the word youtube to youpaste so you can see it.

[youpaste]CaPlKTFnXz4[/youpaste]

Had I actually used "youtube" instead of "youpaste" it would just show the little video window like in my earlier post above.
