Interestingly, I recently picked up a 1990 V63 and noticed the bobbin color of the "shoe" pick up is different than the '92-'93's I've had.
The one in the video looks the same as mine.

At 4:40 you can see it's not a toaster pickup, and not reverse headstock, so maybe a modified V63 reissue?

Too hard for my eyes to tell if that's a toaster or higain with the lighting, angle, and video quality. Definitely a V63 as previously stated, which does not have a reverse headstock. The C64 and C64S have the reverse headstock.

Looks like an early V63, to me, the era based on the 4001CS.
