Oh, yes. I dropped off my 2000 325v59 MG and new bowtie bridge to my local luthier today in order to have it setup and the saddles slotted. The guys in the shop were ohh and ahhing all over the Ric and the bridge. It currently has the single-gold pickguard and proper Bigsby B5 screws courtesy of Jeff at Fabgear and a set of JETGLOW'S Burns knobs. Wes, you did a tremendous job! It was definitely worth the wait. I'll post a pic of the new bridge and Ric once I get it back. Hopefully before Saturday.

I recieved my bridges on Tuesday and they're fantastic. Anyone who's a nitpicker for Lennon specs on their 325 will have to have one. They are very different than the stock Bigsby bridges. They appear to be accurate in every detail. Great job Wes!
These bridges are a must even for the v59 pussy conversions, so there's no reason not to spring for one. Unless you're sticking with the Kauffman, you'll need one for your c58.

I received my bowtie bridge as well. Wes made these to be an exact DNA match to an original 60's Selmer bridge and they are perfect (original casting marks and all). Thanks again for going through the trouble to make the knobs and bridges Wes!

The bowtie is now in place on the v59 MG. It looks terrific and I'm about to plug in and check out the action. I'll post a pic here soon.

Wow, Mike_D, your guitar looks fabulous, gorgeous. Now I'm going to have to do this to MY 2000 325V59. How about giving me $130 for old times sake?
Don't think I didn't notice the J-160E lurking back there.

If you look closely, you might also notice the Monkeemobile in one of those shots, too.

Wes,
I actually put mine on on the 8th (the day after I got it), and intonation was great first try and that was without even notching it yet! I notched on the 9th, and set the intonation which didn't take much doing. It sounds great and looks great. I have been off work this week, so I was not as quick to report on the installed bridge. Sorry.

It's a-ringing like a bell. It's got brand new Pyramid 13's and sounds great I 'll see how it settles in over the next few days.

RE:BOWTIE BRIDGE ARRIVES! (modified 0 times) fabsfan

Just to add to the praise, I received my new bowtie bridge yesterday afternoon, put it on and set it up (all but the slots...I'm going to let the strings get settled and use their marks as guides, after some easy going play and some Bigsby work), and it is indeed excellent. Looks fab, sounds great, lets one intone almost perfectly (I, for one, never seem to be able to perfectly, so hey, it's near as da##it), and it even touches the little wire. Thanks much Wes, and anyone who's hesitating.....buy one!!
Michael
