What has been done already:
-Headstock wings and replaced with new walnut
- Treble side of body replaced with new maple, as well as sections in the middle that were over routed. Control cavities and pick up area have been rerouted to match vintage specifications
-New Paduak fretboard made, correct vintage size dots and fretwire. New vintage correct back dots
Top and back have been sanded flush. Lower bout edge still needs to be trued.
You will need to make a new truss rod for the neck, which appears to have developed a slight twist over the 54 years since it was made. Project comes with an unfinished aluminum pickguard based off of one a few serial numbers away.
