- The bass has had the finish stripped off the neck, and it also seems to have been repaired at one point. A hairline crack still remains. The tuners were also replaced, and some holes were filled. The truss rod cover has cracked edges so it cannot currently be mounted. The maple body has a crack on the back that extends around the body to the bridge pickup and has an area of stripped finish on the upper horn. There is also an area to the left of bridge pickup that appears to have been touched up at one point.
