- The bass was modified with a vintage 4001 style guard and 4001 bridge pickup surround and cover. The rear pickup was moved forward to the 4003 position. It has 4003 style controls and is stereo. The bass has been converted to 5 string using an after market bridge and 5 RIC/Schaller vintage style tuners.
