- The current auction at 6.9.17 for this SN is for the jackplate only, ebay 172723070238
This is a heavily worn, heavily loved, and cool looking 1976 Rickenbacker bass. It has extensive fret wear and appears to need a new truss rod as the current one will not give enough tension for reasonable string action. I bought this as a project a while ago and just don't have time to finish it. The pickups works on the mono output, but is unknown on the stereo output. Please look at the pictures closely and only bid if you're ok with putting in the work to restoring this cool bass to it's past glory. Again, it'll likely need new frets and truss rod. I don't have a case for it, but will ship it securely. Serial #PJ7108.
