     This guitar appears in The Illustrated Directory of Guitars by Nick Freeth (Colin Gower Enterprised Ltd. 2006) at pp. 642-43. The indication of UK for "country" is based on the fact that Freeth is from Britain and most of the pictured guitars seem to also be from Britain.
