Comments: I read these forums every other day or so. I'm sure many of you do as well. Rickenbackers are so much fun. However, it saddens me to report that a serious psychiatric illness may be effecting your take on reality and behavior. It's the recently diagnosed "Ricsophrenia." Please get help before you lose your loved ones and go broke. On the other hand, you can live your life in bliss and ignore the conventional world. Ricsophrenics are known to be gentle people so they aren't dangerous except when left alone in a guitar store with a credit card.

Comments: An excellent, comprehensive sight. Frankly, I never had the talent to justify owning a Rick. Still don't but, I'm not getting any younger so, it's time to stuff the humility into the dustbin. I need an assist looking for a used 370- 12. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Comments: I have owned 2 late model 4003's and a 1976 4001, but by far I like the cheyenne the best. I like the rubbed finish more than the standard finish. Very nice site, keep it up.

Comments: I love guitars as well as my husband does. He is the player and collector in the family. I inherited a Ken Robert's model. I am looking for a collector who is wanting to add this guitar to his or her collection. It is a shame to be locked up in it's original case, with all original hardware etc. and not being enjoyed with a collection. My husband plays and collects may guitars but this one is mine and I feel a need to share it with someone who will give it a good home and hopefully place it in some type of museum or something of that nature. Comments: awesome site! i'm a huge rush and yes fan and rickenbacker has been my mainstay for 14 years now. they are truly classic, timeless instruments. nothing comes close to the sound, look, and feel. hoping to someday, in the very near future, add to my collection - most likely either a fireglo or turquoise 4003. thank you for the greatest guitars in the world!

Comments: A Rickenbacker Guitar is the only guitar I will buy now. After being turned on to them a few years ago, I've never been able to turn myself off. I am a Rickenbacker addict. The company continues to amaze me with its wilingness to listen and, often, carry out our requests. The recent passing of F.C. Hall deeply saddened me, but I know that his son, John, will carry this wonderful company successfully into the new millenium and beyond! RickOn Aaron

Comments: i wouldn't trade my ric for any guitar. I've been completely satisfied ... although i 660/12 wouldn't hurt! there is nothing better than cranking the treble, plugging into two amps, and hearing that crystaline clarity in stereo! "parker fly" my ass!!!!!

Comments: It was great finding this site, we all know how obsessive Rickenbacker collecters can be.I've owned about 12 Rickenbacker basses over the years,1 of which I'm most sorry I sold. It was a 1974 Maple Glo 4001 with the most striking birdseye maple I've ever seen. I've never seen another one like it. Darn!

Comments: Pete- I'm not sure why it's taken so long for me to get around to signing the guestbook, but here goes. I love this site, call me sick, but I check "What Goes On" every day I'm at work before I start my day. This is truly a great forum and I hope it keeps growing and growing. Some interesting notes about my collection... The first three listed are tulips. They sound just like John Lennon's and Fogarty's 325's in my very humble opinion. I lucked out on the 330. It turned up at a guitar show in Orlando, and has some killer flame on its top. Mr. McGuinn himself was nice enough to sign my 660/12 pickguard at the Sarasota show July 1999.

Comments: Great site. I've had my Rick for 32 years. Added a center PU about 20 years ago. Probably messed up the original value, but since I'm going to be buried with it, it don't matter...Am a jingle producer by trade and do spots & commecials heard all over U.S. See web-site.

Comments: Cool site! I always use my RIC�s in studio, also I have couple of old H�fner-violin basses, First one from �57 and second is �82. My 4001V63 has maded �90 and 4003FL �88. I love those! First of my RIC was 4003 �75, but I sold it away 1988 after 14 yrs very hard working. Very trusty instruments.
