Yes, in all likelihood you will need a truss-rod adjustment with the switch from RIC to TI flat wound strings.

1981 360-12WB ckbd with a Marshall Origin 50 and custom cabinet with 1X12 Celestion Neo. The Origin has a variable bright knob to dial in the desired amount of jangle at will.
