Perhaps they're not so bad but for what is perceived as a premium instrument things are being overlooked. I fear can't keep up with demand may become can't seem to get anyone to buy a new one. Buy up good ole guitars quick and enjoy. Your hard earned dollars should buy top notch gear like it used to...

It's time to treasure your wonderful instruments. The last decade has shown us poor or low quality. Sorry John, you've dropped the ball!x

Well since most rickenbackers hang on the wall in collections what about the 331 Christmas lights special with sleigh tailpiece and reindeer pick guard.? I'm saddened but feel my rickenlove waning after so many years. Some of those fenders seem comfortable and very playable!
