Any tips for adjusting the neck on my 4003?

I am setting up my bass and have a bit too much relief in the neck and I prefer a very straight neck with high action, anyhow any tips for me?

I haven't owned anything with dual truss rods in it.

Bridge problem wiht my new 4003

I got my Ric last friday and I love it, it's a Jetglo 4003, but I have developed a problem with it.
