Shame the pickup wasn't working, I did he magnet truck and it made the neck pickup my fave.

Dropped a harness from Dane and its a solid player again. Couple of quick solders and you're good to go

No out of tune notes with mine, just even tone between pickups with the neck and bridge retaining their characteristics. The new pickguard kept the pup too low, now I have that snarl and growl.

I'm glad that you guys passed on the info, played it in a "live" setting at my lesson. It killed....so even sounding and all that growl. My teacher was quite envious

The magnet intrigues me. I have neo's for my slot cars

I already did that, just really liked the tone where the bridge was at, it's pretty dialed in now.

It's from pickguardian, i haven't measured it.

Any other suggestions?

Sounds like a plan, it's a 4001. Definitely don't want to crack the new guard....wonder why it doesn't fit the same? anyhoo
