I have been led to believe that they came up with the bodies of the songs singularly and then worked together on polishing them. Sometimes doing the bridge, etc.

It also appears to be true that the Beatle who wrote the song also sang lead on the recording.

May God rest his beautiful soul. And help to mend my broken heart.

And thanks to Him for blessing us all with Gearge Harrison.

J.,

There are two tapes of Freddie King on "The Beat." Only one of them has Clarence on it. Better check the liner notes if you are only purchasing one.

The show was interesting because it was an independent TV production at a time when this was pretty much a rarity. In addition, it featured a ...

I remember the name of the label these tapes are on. It is the one in NY State; Homespun Tapes. The book dealer that always has a full page ad on the back page of "Vintage Guitar" (Luthier something or other} is where my friend got his copies from.

Peter,

Much of my equipment is in storage so I can't do much technically at the moment but what I will be happy to do is send you my copies so you can post them for everyone and then return them.

Gatemouth Brown and his Capri

There are videotapes available of some TV shows that originated in the Southeast (Atlanta ...

Hi Juston,

Let me give it a try. The rod is channeled inside the neck. (Space is reamed out to provide a snug fit, if you will). The whole assembly is encased in a metal shaft that fits snugly in this cavity. Thus, you can think of the neck as being hollowed out inside.

Although we call it THE ...

I have read these directions umpteen times and have never been able to remember them without carrying around my trusty instructions, which you can rest assured I do at all times. Yeah right. But I will say that the fifth knob has never actually gotten in the way. I often wondered, however, if it ...

Hello there,

I'm new to writing but I have been following the Forum for quite a while and I enjoy it immensely. Anyway, on the subject of cleaners and waxes, are all these products that contain petroleum distillates a hazard. I have used "lemon oils" on my classical guitar's ebony fingerboard ...
