Great! Can you explain the different pickup configurations of V83 Please?
Switch in the middle is middle pickup only as said before, but what about the other switch positions? up and down?
Thanks

Re: 325C58 Pickup failure
Hi Peter! Check the Loom solderings. Maybe the Live wire from the neck pickup is shorted to ground. Go all over it again. A bad solder maybe also. DC resistance from the C58 Toasters are in the 3 K ohms range. 30 Megohms as you pointed out is way too far. Always check DC resistance in pickups discon...

Current Gretsch Hilotrons VS Vintage
Hi
I wonder if someone looked inside a current made Hilotron pickup and compares it to a vintage one.
Is it the same constuction?
Thanks

Re: 360/12c63
Hey Rob! Yeah I Like the sound very much. So All the 360/12C63 came with Low Resistance Toasters on neck and high 7.4K on the bridge? I find the neck Pickup a litle weak, but as you said, with the blend Knob you can get sweets sounds. I wonder where did Rickenbacker get the 3.5 K ohm Figure from. Ch...

Re: 360/12C63's are Shipping!
Thanks for asking, Jerry. It plays and sounds great. I took it to practice with my band last night (first time we've been able to get together since I got it), and used it on everything . It gets some really nice overtones when overdriven, and chimes like a bell when played clean. Like you, I adjus...

Re: 360/12c63
I´ve just received my brand new 360/12C63. Gorgeous guitar! I have a couple of question that you may help with. The bridge pickup is Long pole and read about 7 Kohm and the Neck pickup is Short pole and Flatback and reads about 3.5K Noticeable weaker when both pickups are active (the top of the guit...
