Just replaced my '81 Hi Gains with other Hi Gains, but noticed that the replacement doesn't have the hole in back, or it's been potted.

Two tailpieces exploded on my 370/12 RM,vintage 1989. The first exploded in 1998. The second sometime in the 2000s. Replaced it with a Winfield harp style tailpiece. Couldn't be more happier.

The waiting is the hardest part.

Hey Kenny...sorry for the late reply. Yes, it is a Walnut made in 1981. I love the neck on that guitar.

Do we know what the status is of this model? Are they being built, have they been built, when are they shipping?

Late to the party on this one. Love my 330 through my 50Watt 1/2 stack. But it sounds even better through a JTM1 watt head into a Alnico blue. What a sound!!

First post here on this board...but was on the old board back in the 90s...wow, that long..anyway, picked this up earlier in the year and I believe it's the same one that's pictured on Ric's FB site. Grain looks similar. I need to get some better pics of it
