Third Generation Rickenbacker Player

Twenty three years ago, I gave Bobby, my then six year old nephew, a '63 Rickenbacker 1000 as a Christmas present. Yesterday, Bobby passed the Rickenbacker down to his nephew Michael, who was celebrating his seventh birthday. BTW, Michael's grandfather has a 360/12 FG.

My first post on the RRF was 11/25/00. However, I had been on the Alt.Guitar.Rickenbacker for a few years before the RRF was created.

I'm going to address the first question only. I'm of the option, why not. I'd venture to guess that al least 98% of your audience doesn't care what kind of guitar you're playing.

I need some bass amp recommendations since a '15 4003 LH FG followed me home yesterday. I'm looking for something for a beginner like me to use at strictly at home and that is relatively inexpensive. It seems to me that a small quality combo would be the best route, but I would consider a small head...
