I watched their "30 años" concert dvd a couple of days ago. It has a very good and clear sound, and I was delighted to see Álvaro using his original Hofner 12 at the beginning of the set. That was the guitar he used in their first records. I was told by someone that it has a pretty sound, ...

They were really special, one of my favourite spanish acts from the 60's. That "Gloria" cover can make it at any good party ! It's really difficult to say, about your question. It's been said he used a Vox AC30, and I think they recorded at the Ateneo de Gracia studios. Their sound was raw...
