Re: My Highly-Modified 360W
Walnut has a wide open grain that is much harder to fill for spraying clearcoat onto.
I agree. I took my 2014 360W to my luthier for setup, cleaning and oiling. This was done 2017, so 2,5 years of playing had made the wood dry up a bit. The body took 3 or 4 layers of oil until it was done. And ...

NGD: 360/12C63 and I’m done with Rics
Just got 2015 360/12C63 in fireglo from Germany. Sweet guitar. With this trio I think I’ll be able to play all the Beatles in the world, regarding Rickenbackers. Then it’s time to move to the world of Gretsches.

Re: NGD: 325V59 (1997)
Thanks!
Oddly here on Finland there seems to be a much higher demand for basses than guitars.
Did a setup, bought colour matching strap and been spending last nights at bands practiceroom playing early Beatles. It was quite difficult to adjust my fingers to shorter scale frets, but I think I’ll ...

Hi everybody!
Just scored beautiful 325V59 in mapleglo. Rickenbackers are quite hard to find here in Finland. There are some used items at the market, but brand new are virtually impossible to find. Actually I have a funny story. A large music shop here in Helsinki placed an order for 5 guitars ...
