It is good to see the site back, and looking good. However, I was surprised that the 620/12 has been dropped from production. Had that happened earlier, and I'd just missed the memo? According to a dealer that I contacted, they'll be released in the US summer. Probably @ US$5K.

Years ago, when I gigged for a short period, I had an Acoustic 320 which had 2 channels (A or B, or A&B) each with their own tone stack. I figure that'd be suited to Rick-O-Sound. Alas I didn't have a Rick then, and now I don't have the amp. Maybe it'll turn up someday.

I had idea of what the Banjoline sounded like, and now I do. The Ballad of Easy Rider seems to me to be a great fit for this instrument.

A guitar tech friend of mine would gently touch up chips with a red marker to blend the colour. He recommended auto top coat. However, I've never tried this on a Rickenbacker. Just passing it along for consideration.

What colour? Sweetwater has some Jetglos, Wildwood Guitars has some Fireglos & a Walnut. If you're not locked into your local supplier you may be able to find what you want elsewhere.
