Sounds like evidence is mounting against them being Ric knobs, unless someone has seen otherwise.

Any way to confirm that all Ric oven knobs were always brown? Then I would be sure mine are not Ric knobs. I've only owned newer Ric's with the 'standard' round black knobs, so I have no knowledge of older Ric (oven) knob colors.

I have a set of 4 black bakelite oven knobs I bought off eBay many years ago. Just found them in my parts bin, and am curious as to when they might have been made. They have slot screws, brushed gold diamonds and Rogan Bros Chicago USA printed inside the back. Any ideas whether these are repros or ...

I saw the DC5 in July '66 at nearby Cherry Hill NJ, and next month, saw the Beatles at JFK staduim in Philly. The DC5 show was in a tent music fair setting, they sounded 'muddy', the bass player showed up without his bass, used a 6 string...The Beatles smoked them easily...
