The electronics were completely dead when I acquired the bass. The P pup was not even connected and I knew I wasn't going to keep it in the mix.

Starting the restoration on my 68 4001. Had a competent tech take care of the neck adjustment and it plays much better. I am looking for a few items for the restoration. Will likely have Tony at Pickguardian cut me a new guard (original is long gone). Does anyone have a template for a late 60s 4001 ...
