Thanks, both! Since I posted, I found out that there's a variant of SwirlX/ScratchX from Meguiar's called M09 Mirror Glaze Swirl Remover - apparently it doesn't contain silicone. I'm not sure how different it is from Swirl-X/Scratch-X beyond that.
